In the event of a dispute regarding a specific game outcome, transaction, or account action, you must notify jl771 customer support in writing within thirty (30) days of the event giving rise to the dispute. jl771 will review all disputes in good faith and aim to provide a resolution within fourteen (14) business days of receipt.
jl771's decision on all gameplay disputes, including those relating to technical malfunctions, shall be final unless demonstrably incorrect based on available system records.
